Aptus Legal Systems offers software solutions for time/expense keeping, billing and expense recovery.

Aptus Time Entry. The system allows time reporting by client, matter/project and phase. The narrative field allows the user to describe in detail the work performed and has spell check on the client´s language with the option to add custom dictionaries.

Aptus Expense Enty. It´s similar to the time entry module but for expenses. The user can report disbursements in different currencies.

Aptus Time & Billing. This system includes Time and Expense keeping plus billing and account receivables modules.
